Work hard but not only at your 9-5, but also at studying and teaching the word of God.

Warm-Up:

1) 3 Minute Stick

2) 10 Jumping Jacks, 10 Rev. Crunches, 10 Russians, 10 Supine Hip Lifts, 10 Supermans > AMRAP 9

3) 3 Minute Stretch

StrengthCon:

1) Box Bench Press x 10, 10, 10 > 40 Bikes

2) Pull-Ups x 10, 10, 10 > 40 Supermans

MetCon:

Traveling Burpees > 1 Burpee, then 4 Lunges for 30 yards, then Jog 30 yards.
